Dear Rick:
When we decided to take the plunge into Cyberspace, we had three goals in mind: to produce a site that was informative,
accessible and cost-effective. Thanks to WebMarketeer, all of our goals were met beyond our wildest dreams! You and
your staff have really gone the extra mile to make fightms.com one of the
premier sites not only among the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, but on the web in general.
In June, I had the pleasure of presenting on the topic of Chapter websites at the NMSS Southern Area Conference
in Savannah. Following the session, I was inundated with compliments on our site, and pleas from other Chapters
to "tell me how to do it that well." Everyone agreed that our site was the model by which all future efforts will
be judged.
The truest measure of the site's success, though, comes in the comments we have received from our clients and
supporters. The easy, clear access has been of great help to people with MS searching for information about this
mysterious disease. The exciting graphics and descriptions have helped to bring new fundraisers to our events.
As a whole, fightms.com has been a tremendous addition to our efforts to
fight MS.
The thing that makes fightms.com so special, and so unbelievable to our
peers, is that you donated it! To have recieved the kind of service and response that WebMarketeer has always
given us in a "paying" environment would be outstanding - to receive it as a Bike Tour sponsorship is
phenomenal. I look forward to working with you in the coming years to make fightms.com
the premier source for MS information in the Hampton Roads area, and beyond.
Again, on behalf of the more than 2,000 area residents with MS, their families and friends, and all those interested
in helping end the devastation caused by MS, THANK YOU for being part of the team.
Sincerely,
Michelle Covey
Director of Information and Development
